AYR ART, INC.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026. Ayr Art is operated by Ayr Art, Inc. This policy covers ayrart.ai and its public discovery API and connector endpoints.
Information we receive
When you or an agent searches, we receive the search text, artist, medium, price ceiling, artwork identifier, city, and pagination values you provide. We use them to return discovery results. The application processes these inputs for the request and does not save a search history, collector profile, or visitor account. Browser searches and REST filters can appear in URLs and hosting logs. Please do not include sensitive personal information in searches.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as IP address, request time, URL and query parameters, browser or client information, response status, and diagnostics to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message.
How we use information
We use information to deliver requested results, maintain and secure the service, address support and privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use connector inputs for unrelated advertising or profiling, or use them to train models. We do not implement advertising trackers, analytics scripts, application cookies, or browser storage in this release.
Catalog sources and providers
Ayr Art requests public artwork and artist records from Ayr Gallery. The selected artist and catalog pagination are sent to Ayr Gallery from our server. Keyword, price, medium, and artwork-ID filtering takes place in Ayr Art; those values and your original request headers are not forwarded to the catalog API. Artwork images load directly from Cloudflare Images, which receives the network and client information needed to deliver them.
Vercel hosts and protects the website and API. Hosting.com provides our email service. These providers process information needed for their services. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service or people's rights. We do not send a collector brief or contact details to an independent gallery through this release.
Retention and deletion
Search arguments are processed in memory for the request; Ayr Art maintains no persistent search database. API responses instruct clients not to cache them, although an agent or browser may retain its own conversation or records. Hosting logs follow Vercel's applicable retention settings and policies; infrastructure and security records may have different retention periods. We do not export logs to a separate log archive.
We retain support and privacy correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary business records, or satisfy legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@ayrart.ai. We will identify records we control, verify your request where necessary, and handle it under applicable law. Information no longer needed will be deleted or made inaccessible; records required for legal or security reasons may be retained for those purposes. We cannot delete an agent provider's conversation or another gallery's records.
Security and processing location
We use HTTPS and hosting access controls. Public catalog endpoints expose published discovery information and do not require credentials. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other secrets to them. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Muse, social accounts, and gallery websites
The connector does not request your Muse, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads credentials or account access. Your agent provider controls your conversation and its own processing. Following an artist or gallery link takes you to a separate website whose privacy practices govern inquiries, accounts, newsletters, and purchases there.
Children
Ayr Art is intended for adult collectors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
